Members who have signed up for Online Banking can access Mobile Banking by downloading the app. You can use the same login credentials as Online Banking. Members must first sign up for Online Banking before accessing the mobile app.

Telephone Banking
Access your account information 24/7.

To access Telephone Banking, Alltrust members can enter their member number and the last 4 digits of their social security number. Just dial 800.770.7689 (within 508/617/781/978 area codes) or 508.999.0904 and follow the easy step-by-step instructions.

Text banking

With Text Banking, you can access your accounts by texting on your mobile phone. The Alltrust Text Banking number is 508.928.4291.

To sign up for Text Banking, simply enter your mobile number within Online Banking. Follow these steps:

  • Log in to Online Banking by using the “Account Login” link at the top of the page.
  • Once you’ve signed into Online Banking, select “More” from the top menu bar.
  • From the “More” menu, select “Text Banking”.
  • Use the “Add Phone Number” button in the top, right corner to add your mobile phone number.

That’s it. You can now start using Text Banking!

How does Text Banking work? Well, you send short questions to the Alltrust Text Banking number about your account. See below for some of the questions you can text to 508.928.4291.

If you want to know the Credit Union’s Routing Number (also known as ABA number), text one of these:

If you’d like a list of all your accounts (shares and loans), then text the following:

If you want to see your available balance for all or specific shares and loans, try one of these:

Text Banking can also provide a list of transactions:

You can transfer money between shares and loans:

  • Transfer $20 from my Checking to my Savings.
  • Transfer $20 from my Checking to my Savings tomorrow and every day.

And you can schedule a recurring transfer:

  • Transfer $1 from checking to savings tomorrow and every day until this time next year.

Do you need some information on checks? Try one of these:

  • I wrote a check with number 123. Has it hit my account?
  • List all of my checks for $100.
  • What are the recent cleared checks?

Visit our website and select Account Login then select enroll. To complete your enrollment, you will need your account number (use member number), Social Security Number, and date of birth.

You can view balances, review transactions, transfer money between eligible accounts, pay bills, make loan payments, set up alerts, and access statements.

Yes. Alltrust offers mobile banking options that allow you to access many everyday banking features from a compatible mobile device.

Yes. Alltrust Online Banking includes options to make loan payments electronically.

Sign in to your online or mobile banking account and select More at the top of the screen (or the bottom-right corner in the mobile app). Then choose E-Documents and select the membership you would like to enroll.

Visit our website and select Account Login. Under the Username and Password Field, click Need Login Help to begin resetting your online banking password.

Online Banking:
After you sign into your online banking, click the gear icon on the right side of the screen and locate the account displaying the crossed-out eye icon. Select the icon to unhide the account.

Mobile Banking:
After you sign into your mobile banking, select Customize Dashboard and locate the account displaying the crossed-out eye icon. Swipe left on the account to unhide it.

Yes, you can add your debit card to your mobile wallet.

When depositing a check via mobile deposit, please endorse the back of the check with your signature and “For Mobile Deposit Only at Alltrust Credit Union.”
