Frequently asked questions

Touch the screen to connect instantly with a live teller, or insert your debit card to complete a standard ATM transaction yourself. Watch our short video walkthrough to see an ITM transaction from start to finish.
An ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) does everything an ATM does, plus connects you by live video to a real Alltrust teller who can help with cash and check deposits without a slip, check cashing, loan payments, and other account needs — giving you the convenience of a machine with the personal service of a branch visit.
Outside of live teller hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), the ITM still works as a standard ATM. You can insert your Alltrust Debit Card to withdraw cash, check your balance, or complete other self-service transactions 24/7; you just won’t have access to a live teller until the next staffed hours.
Alltrust members can use an ITM for full account access, including deposits, loan payments, and speaking with a live teller. Non-members can generally use the ATM functions available at the machine, though live teller services and certain transactions are reserved for Alltrust account holders — visiting a branch or calling ahead is the best way to confirm what’s available to you.
